Optimisation of auction designs
The design, i.e. the general rules regarding pricing, transparency, etc., is the most important factor with online calls for bids, and auctions. But especially in this field designs partially show essential flaws. In the long run, these flaws will undermine the confidence in market mechanisms and will result in test-using e-sourcing instruments only once, and then abandon them due to inappropriateness.
